Can I get any advice for my puppy?

I recently got a 8 week old English Bulldog. He's very sweet at times, but other times he just keeps biting or chasing my other dog. I was wondering if you guys could give me any advice to help me stop him like pinning him, or putting him in his crate, etc...and I understand he's just a baby, so he will be like this for a while, I just want some advice to help calm him down at times. Also if you could let me know when the best time to start obedience training with him would be and if you guys know any good doggy training schools in Miami or Tampa. Thank you
