Is a Doberman Pinscher right for me?

I live in in an area with a medium yard, am willing to take time to have dog obedience school, get ears cropped properly, give it jogs once a day and teach it to use a treadmill, buy coat and boots to prevent hypothermia(not at all for fashion reasons), socialize it, make sure it has a comfortable bed, and people will only be gone 5 hours max. Is this right dog for me? P.S I don't want to hear about the painfulness about ear cropping.
