Help ME PLEASE I have three Akitas that think the world is there playground and that no one will hurt them !!!?

they climb my fence and now I made it 9 feet tall where they were climbing it!!! Now they found out the gate is the weakest point so they broke right through the fence and under it !!! My young male Akita thinks he is a hippie dog and and is very free spirited!!!!! They are very friendly but big!!!! He can break any metal collar that you put on him he hasn't broke leather one YET the word is YET! We have a half a acre lot and run and play with them!!! You can skate or ride your bike with him and still will want to roam he is my FLOWER child., Now because he was out onetime 2 years ago and pinned a dog down because that dog attacked him( on his not mine )property the owners are afraid of my dog oh by the way the other dog was a Chow about 8 yrs old that has been the only aggression they have had out other wise they play with other dogs and people. But this owner is threatening to shoot my dogs if they come on there property again. I checked with the police and her in Currituck North Carolina they can do it on there property even if I am right behind them trying to get them. I am right behind them when they get out chasing them in my truck and my husband on his bike I really need help I have watch your show all the time and I try to retrain me and they have also gone to obedience classes . I can walk all three by myself and stay in control of them at least that is what they want me to believe!!1 PLEASE HELP ME IT IS NOW AN EMERGENCY they are my kids and I love them so much!!!!
