Help with a 13 week old Siberian Husky?

I have had him for about a month already, and he will bite my wrist when I reach into pet him or touch his toy! I can never reach my hand in front of him while he is chewing something because he will just bite me! Then at times, he would bite my leg while im walking aroundHe is okay at times, he won't bite, just lick. I've tried every method that I have seen online. Is it time I enroll him in obedience training classes? Do obedience classes help cure him from biting me? because he will do it out of randomness sometimes. But he shouldn't be biting me no matter what the case is right? Any recommended obedience classes in Irvine I can go to that can help a 13 week siberian husky?
