Ok so i have narrowed down what dog i would really love one problem though....?

LOL, before I saw Bulldog on this question I was going to recommend one anyway! And to answer your question, my family and I have two English bulldogs and as for health issues, here's the scoop.. I have experienced almost no health problems except for the 2nd bulldog (toby) he is the heavier one and therefor has more problems like skin infection (because he has more wrinkles) but our trimmer one has never had any health issues. The only things I would really worry about for you is keeping the dog cool (australia is hot, right??), and ALWAYS make sure their wrinkles are clean. Otherwise I would totally recommend a bulldog!
