What exercises will help me lose more weight than I already have without running more?

I run 7 miles a day at least 5 times a week. I had my daughter 9 months ago and since then I have lost 40 pounds. I started running in January after having my daughter in September. I usually lose weight evenly throughout my body. I have lost all the weight I've wanted too everywhere on my body except for my hips.I am by no means fat I just can't stand having this extra 5 pounds there. I also have a little bit of extra skin on my belly from being pregnant. My diet isn't the best but I definitely eat healthy for the most part. I don't want to completely remove bad food like fast food from my diet because I don't feel that that is entirely possible with my schedule and my lovely children lol. I also enjoy having bad food once in a while. I know running is the best way to lose weight and I actually enjoy it. What else can I do on top of running to help lose those stubborn pounds? I also know that you can't target a specific spot to lose weight from but what different type of exercises would help with my hips and stomach? Also, another question I have is what would be a good amount of days to rest from working out? I usually take off 2 days.
