That's absolutely 100% the kids fault, and I'm sure any jury would agree. Especially if you have witnesses. If it comes to it, go to court. Don't let your dog be euthanized over something as stupid as this. If anything, the ignorant kid should be euthanized. Or at least be trained on how to act around animals.
